Business Development Manager

Millennium is looking for a Business Development Manager - SharePoint and Office 365 located in our Bratislava office.

The ideal candidate will:  

  • Possess 4+ years proven client facing sales experience gained selling SharePoint and/ or Office 365 solutions;
  • have thorough knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem;
  • demonstrate an entrepreneurial, mature and professional approach to sales;
  • be self-sufficient and able to work with limited supervision;
  • possesses a genuine passion to enter a business still in its infancy;
  • be a tenacious business developer who is inventive in approach, pro-active and collaborative and able to develop a compelling sales proposition.

Main responsibilities will cover:   

  • Identify new business opportunities;
  • seek out the appropriate contact in an organization;
  • meet with customers/ clients (face to face or over the phone);
  • understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
  • think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business;
  • work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to develop and improve the business;
  • have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them;
  • discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing team;
  • seek ways of improving the way the business operates;
  • attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate;
  • keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world;
  • help to plan sales campaigns;
  • create a sales pipeline;
  • carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
