For our long-term client ČSOB bank we have made existing CRM system available also for employees with the scope of work focused on entrepreneurs and small companies. From the beginning of this year, they can manage their everyday agenda thanks to the CRM solution, what has improved the quality of care related to clients.
We have successfully implemented a modern solution for knowledge management based on the Microsoft SharePoint technology into the bank´s environment. It provides the employees with simple creation, approval and access to up-to-date information on bank products, internal processes, procedures and standards.

By redesign of the original application “Exchange Rates” and the Xamarin technology as the basic platform, Národná banka Slovenska has gained a modern and user-friendly application for conversion of exchange rates of individual currencies against Euro.
To one of the major banks in Slovakia we have successfully implemented the system for the loan process management in the small business clients segment – from the arrival of the client to the bank branch, through the approval process, to the loan drawndown.
At the beginning of this year, we delivered new web sites for the Slovakian Capital City of Bratislava and the Bratislava Transport Company. The project included not only the implementation of a new CMS solution, but also a more modern website design as well as integration with third-party systems.
