We have launched implementation of a new CRM system project for one of the major banks in Slovakia. The new CRM solution will be based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with the aim to help to fulfil and implement the digital strategy of the bank.
The goal of the new application is to provide all the users within the bank – from bank branches, call centres, corporate banking to back office – with a unified and modern tool for management of clients, potential clients, as well as related activities. CRM is going to become a full value part of the omni-channel bank architecture, focused on mediation of relevant information no matter what the source channel is, and thus providing the most effective and personal client service possible in all segments.
The project has been launched successfully and we firmly believe that we will finish the project successfully as well and all the client´s expectations will be met.
