CRM integration with other banking applications significantly helps to increase business benefits. The solution has been implemented in one of the Slovak banks, for more than 100 users of the SME segment department.
The goal of the project was to increase work efficiency and to ensure the quality, integrity and timeliness of maximum data from other bank BackEnd systems. The project lasted for about 3 months thanks to strong cooperation between all stakeholders and using agile development. Within the implementation, consistent architectural and safety requirements specific to the banking sector were observed. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, MSSQL 2008 technologies and standard integration patterns were used within the framework of SOAP architecture.
