The BDO global network operates in 154 countries around the world with more than 1 400 offices and 63 400 employees. The Slovak team consists of 60 professional employees and partners.

How we Helped the Customer?

We have delivered to BDO a central CRM system for management of business activities. The solution links data from Excel files and various applications previously used by BDO. The project was carried out within a very short period of time thanks to the agile project management methodology and maximum use of this out-of-the-box solution´s functionalities with the aim to eliminate difficult integrations and additional coding. The CRM solution has brought the following benefits:

  • Centralized system for company´s business activities management;
  • 360-degree view of customer data and communication history;
  • Effective tracking of the whole business process (from a lead, through business opportunities, to closing a deal);
