"We tried the method of agile development with Millennium for the first time, because we wanted to get the final product fast and effectively. We saw the first results of development already after two weeks and we reached the final product prepared for launch after two months of intensive work. Of course, given the speed of development, some adjustments to the specification were inevitable. However, we rate the final product developed in close cooperation with Millennium as highly positive.“
HB Reavis used Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 4.0 for customer management, which no longer satisfied company requirements. Since the relationship management system from Microsoft worked well, the company decided to upgrade it to a new version – Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015.
In the process of development, we used the agile methodology. Deployment of the newest CRM version in hybrid scenario and on-premise installation in Microsoft Azure cloud was the special feature of the solution. The on-premise version does not require any local infrastructure.
The new version provides employees with new functions such as Activity management (Outlook client), the mobile CRM application and better compatibility with other programs (MS Office, Internet Explorer, alternative browsers etc.).

We built the solution on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform, currently used by the customer. This web application is available via the internal HB Reavis Group network.
Thanks to the implemented solution, the customer has gained the following benefits:
