Since 2017, we have been operating on the Slovak and Czech market as a part of the international Soitron Group. To our customers from the segment of medium and large companies as well as public institutions, Millennium provides its services primarily focused on CRM and portal / business application solutions built on Microsoft products and technologies.

Our main goal is to help companies and institutions in their digital transformation by using modern Microsoft solutions and show them that it´s not just an empty phrase.

Our story

Our long-term customer, ČSOB Bank, continuously brings new services to its clients, digitalizes processes, and expands its portfolio to better respond to their needs. It has added the ČSOB Match it portal to its portfolio, which serves to connect investors with sellers. With this step, ČSOB Bank once again demonstrates its commitment to innovation and improving services for business clients, contributing to the development of the business environment.
The BI division has created a new AI-based product, Millada. This corporate ChatGPT simplifies and streamlines access to information within companies. Millada provides access to a wide range of knowledge because it can integrate a massive amount of data sources with extensive information. Our company has conducted the first Proof of Concept (PoC) in this area. Our customers have tested the practical use scenarios of AI. We have identified several scenarios that provide value to customers. Millada has the potential to fundamentally change the functioning of the entire company in a short time. This revolutionary approach to AI brings simplicity, efficiency, and innovation to everyday work processes.
We expanded our collaboration with the Austrian financial institution Erste Bank, where we deployed a CRM solution. This international success also confirms our ability to provide top-notch solutions in the CRM field. We also delivered a key business-critical project for the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO). It was a CRM implementation, the largest of its kind in the state administration in Slovakia. With our solution, SARIO manages investments in Slovakia. These successes reflect our position as a leader in the field of CRM solutions and our ability to implement complex projects in both domestic and foreign markets.
We achieved the highest turnover in our company's history, amounting to 4.2 million euros. This record result reflects our ability to continuously increase the value of our services.
As part of our strategic planning, we have decided to focus on development of data processing and reporting. We consider this step crucial for the further growth and competitiveness of our company. The mission of the new Business Intelligence division is to assist companies and institutions in their digital transformation, especially in improving organizational management and making the right decisions through appropriate data interpretation.
The year 2022 was the most profitable year in our company's history. We achieved a profit of almost 400,000 euros, which represents a significant milestone in our development so far. This success resulted from the hard work of the entire team and a strategic focus on innovation and development of our services.
Thanks to the synergy with our partner company Soitron, we have gained a significant new client in the Czech Republic—Kooperativa pojišťovna. Collaboration with Soitron confirms our ability to join forces and bring value to our customers. We are pleased that another important financial institution has joined them, which strengthens our position in the sector of financial services. In 2022, we renewed our collaboration with Slovenská sporiteľňa. We are involved in the migration and modernization of the cloud CRM solution, which ensures even better support for the bank's clients. We are expanding the CRM solution into new segments, helping the bank effectively fulfill its strategy. We confirm our position as a dominant Slovak and significant Central European IT partner for CRM solutions on the market, which is also proven by the fact that we have successfully deployed a CRM solution in Erste Bank in Austria. We are glad to contribute to the success of these significant banking institutions.
Last year was marked by major projects for our customers from the financial segment. We helped ČSOB Bank, VÚB bank and Erste Bank with digital transformation of their processes.
We helped to streamline electronic communication with public for Slovak Business Agency, Slovak Land Fund and Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services.
We have developed online applications built on Microsoft Power Apps, thanks to which you can comfortably, with just a couple of clicks, solve various internal processes , e.g. record employee attendance, organize company events, book parking lots, borrow devices, and streamline purchasing of products and services.
We care about environment, therefore we have decided to adjust some of the company processes – we have replaced paper contracts and invoices with digital ones, started to sign contracts electronically, and we use only rechargeable batteries.
The year 2020 was also our 20th year of cooperation with our customers, what we as a company really appreciate. we decided to strengthen our position on the market by appointing members of our top management as heads of individual segments – our bearing pillars.
Last year, we managed to enter into silver partnership with international non-profit organization ISTQB providing certifications for software testers around the world.
In the 21st year of the contest, our solution for Heineken Slovakia got amongst the top projects. We were awarded as “Finalist” in the Category “Retail, FMCG and e-tail” for our solution named Heineken Slovensko continues in digital transformation by implementation of Cloud solutions.
The solution for ČSOB Bank belongs to such significant projects. We helped Tatra banka with digital transformation of internal applications into the Office 365 environment. We also helped also VÚB bank to go through the difficult times associated with by the pandemic. We delivered to the bank a report as a managerial basis for the evaluation of provided loans of support for entrepreneurs in connection with the Coronavirus crisis. Besides, development of the SMECAS application serving for loan products sales management for small and medium-sized corporate clients had been running at the same time.

We established a strong partnership with Creatio, an internationally renowned CRM vendor.
SThe Winner of the category „Banking, capital markets and insurance“ for Slovakia: A CRM solution for the S Slovensko company. The Finalist of the category “Public administration and development of a modern city” for Slovakia: Web portals for the Capital city of Bratislava and Bratislava Transport Company.
Cooperation with the Romanian market under the patronage of Datanet Systems, a Soitron Group member.
We became a part of the international IT group - Soitron Group.
The Winner of the category "Retail and FMCG" for Slovakia: “How Heineken Slovakia sells beer via cloud”. The Finalist of the category "A modern way of work in the segment of small and medium-sized companies" for Slovakia: Making the work of sales team and managerial decision-making more effective in the SLS – Technaco company.
In 2016, we gained a new partner, five new customers in Slovakia and four new customers in the Czech Republic.
In the Czech Republic, we managed to acquire customers Komerční banka, Inc., Equa bank Inc., Patria Finance Inc., Merz Ltd.
We managed to gain customers in Slovakia Heineken Slovensko, Inc., SLS - Technaco, Ltd., JRK Waste Management, Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Auto Recycling Association.

We have been awarded the Microsoft Country Partner of the Year 2014.

The hardest year in the history of our company. The crisis terribly hit the whole IT sector.
