Since 2017, we have been operating on the Slovak and Czech market as a part of the international Soitron Group. To our customers from the segment of medium and large companies as well as public institutions, Millennium provides its services primarily focused on CRM and portal / business application solutions built on Microsoft products and technologies.

Our main goal is to help companies and institutions in their digital transformation by using modern Microsoft solutions and show them that it´s not just an empty phrase.

Our story

The year 2020 was also our 20th year of cooperation with our customers, what we as a company really appreciate. we decided to strengthen our position on the market by appointing members of our top management as heads of individual segments – our bearing pillars.
Last year, we managed to enter into silver partnership with international non-profit organization ISTQB providing certifications for software testers around the world.
In the 21st year of the contest, our solution for Heineken Slovakia got amongst the top projects. We were awarded as “Finalist” in the Category “Retail, FMCG and e-tail” for our solution named Heineken Slovensko continues in digital transformation by implementation of Cloud solutions.
The solution for <strong>ČSOB Bank</strong> belongs to such significant projects. We helped <strong>Tatra banka</strong> with digital transformation of internal applications into the Office 365 environment. We also helped also <strong>VÚB bank</strong> to go through the difficult times associated with by the pandemic. We delivered to the bank a report as a managerial basis for the evaluation of provided loans of support for entrepreneurs in connection with the Coronavirus crisis. Besides, development of the SMECAS application serving for loan products sales management for small and medium-sized corporate clients had been running at the same time.

We established a strong partnership with Creatio, an internationally renowned CRM vendor.
SThe Winner of the category „Banking, capital markets and insurance“ for Slovakia: A CRM solution for the S Slovensko company. </br><strong>The Finalist of the category</strong> “Public administration and development of a modern city” for Slovakia: Web portals for the Capital city of Bratislava and Bratislava Transport Company.
Cooperation with the Romanian market under the patronage of Datanet Systems, a Soitron Group member.
We became a part of the international IT group - Soitron Group.

In 2016, we gained a new partner, five new customers in Slovakia and four new customers in the Czech Republic.
In the Czech Republic, we managed to acquire customers Komerční banka, Inc., Equa bank Inc., Patria Finance Inc., Merz Ltd.
We managed to gain customers in Slovakia Heineken Slovensko, Inc., SLS - Technaco, Ltd., JRK Waste Management, Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Auto Recycling Association.

We have acquired a new partner eSignLive by VASCO.
We started an office in Prague on Budějovická 1550/15a Street.
We acquired new customers of ČD - Telematika Inc., Československá obchodná banka, Inc., Recycling Fund, with IT Solutions AT Spardat GmbH, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.
We have been awarded the Microsoft Country Partner of the Year 2014.
We have become a partner of the Windows Azure Circle program and gained the Silver Cloud Platform competency.
We have moved to the new office on Plynárenská 7/C.
We have acquired new partners ClickDimensions, Scribe.
Double winner of Microsoft Industry Award.
As the first company in Slovakia, we have met qualification criteria to gain the Gold CRM competency.
Michal Sucháň became one of the partners.
We acquired new customers Slovak Savings Bank, Inc., Slovak Land Fund.
We have set up a daughter company Millennium Services operating in the Czech Republic and a daughter company RESCO Services USA with registered office in Boston.
We acquired new customers of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, the Support and Guarantee Agricultural and Forestry Fund, Czech-Moravian Building Savings Bank, Inc., State Office of Labor Inspection.
We have been awarded the Microsoft Industry Award twice as the Winner and once as the Finalist.
Within Microsoft Partner Program, we have qualified for the Silver Application Integration competency as well as Silver Business Intelligence competency.
We have been awarded both the Winner and the Finalist of Microsoft Industry Award.
We acquired new customers of the Export-Import Bank of the Slovak Republic, the Pension Management Company of Poštová banka, d.s.s., Inc.
We co-founded start-up projects Resa.sk and Fast2Media.sk.

We have reached the Gold Portals and Collaboration competency within the Microsoft Partner Program.
We've become the sole distributor of Microsoft FAST Search in the Slovak Republic.
On 1st of February 2011, Miroslav Krempaský has become the Director of the company.
We underwent rebranding and moved to the new premises in BBC V.
We've changed the ownership structure – the company owners are now Miroslav Krempaský, Jan Simon and Martin Ševček.
We gained new customers TRANSAVIA AIRLINES, VUB Leasing Inc., Sygic Inc., Resco Ltd, Mercator Asia.
The hardest year in the history of our company. The crisis terribly hit the whole IT sector.
We gained the certificate at confidential level from National Security Authority.
We have acquired new customers of Allianz Business Services, Ltd, Air Greenland, Post Bank, Inc., Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic.
We have been awarded the Winner of Microsoft Industry Award.
We implemented the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
We have acquired new customers of the Association of the Automotive Industry of the Slovak Republic, the National Bank of Slovakia, the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, Inc.

We are the first company in Slovakia which started to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The first serious decision – strategic orientation on Microsoft technologies.

The company has been founded by four friends – Radoslav Balajka, Miroslav Krempaský, Jan Simon and Martin Ševček.
The Centre For Folk Art Production. The first contract was worth 35,000 SKK (1,161.79 EUR).
The company operated under the trade license Martin Ševček – Millennium.
