Motor-Car has been operating in Slovakia since 1990. Together with its daughter companies, it provides sales and service of car brands Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Opel, Jeep, smart, Honda, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Hyundai.

How We Helped the Customer?

The modern portal solution has simplified several independently working channels and contributed to higher quality of provided services. Thanks to our solution, Motor-Car has gained a central online channel which has improved not only propagation and car sales, but also provision of services and communication with customers. For development of the new solution, we used the Orchard CMS platform built on Microsoft technologies.

Significant benefits gained by the customer:

  • Implementation of a modular platform integrated with the internal system for vehicle administration.
  • Simple and centralized administration of employee access to the portal.
  • Automatic advertising of vehicles on used car sales portals.
  • Decreased paperwork for the sales representatives – thanks to the connection with Daimler importer services and automatic car photo download, dealers do not have to take pictures of vehicles anymore.
  • Connection to the central administration of financial products (loan, leasing, operative leasing) with a possibility to add other providers of financial products.
  • Automatic collection of customer requests from the portal (regarding service, sales, repurchase of vehicles, etc.).
  • Detailed overview of dealers and employees for more transparent communication with customers.

The existing portal solution has been extended by a new web site adjusted exclusively for promotion of Mercedes-Benz products and services within the Motor-Car portfolio.

The new web site promotes marketing communication of the car brand. It serves primarily for the purposes of displaying car selection available to customers during online campaigns and for receivers of the newsletter distributed by Motor-Car. It´s in line with the Mercedes-Benz design identity and makes the impression of exclusivity and prestige typical for Mercedes-Benz. Elegant design is complemented with adjusted and renewed functions as a result of our team work.
