PREMIUM Insurance was looking for a way to support its agents and employees in acquiring new clients while also streamlining the client service process. The company therefore decided to implement a solution based on artificial intelligence.
At the start of the project, our company oversaw a comprehensive analytical phase that defined the scope of the implementation of the Millada AI solution. This phase also included proposing the optimal method of integrating the solution with the existing infrastructure of the insurance company. The outcome was a detailed implementation plan, which the customer approved.
The Millada AI solution provides brokers with an effective tool for communicating insurance conditions. Thanks to it, they have quick access to detailed and up-to-date information about insurance products, which enables them to respond promptly to client needs and improves the quality of their service.
The solution is available through a web application currently used by hundreds of agents. The application provides access to all current documents for both retail and corporate clients.
