How does artificial intelligence streamline everyday work? Together with our partner company Soitron, we addressed this very question at the ČEZ PRODEJ internal conference in Prague. Our main star was Millada—an AI platform developed in-house that helps companies improve both customer service and internal processes without complex changes.
We demonstrated specific scenarios of how AI helps in practice:
Consistent and clear product information available 24/7 – customers get answers instantly without waiting.
Support for call center operators – AI helps them handle more calls, gain confidence in communication, and master the agenda without lengthy training (new colleagues will get up to speed quickly).
A secure internal AI assistant for company documents – it strictly adheres to access rights, always works with verified data, and cites relevant sources.
It didn’t stop at just words—participants saw live demo presentations of our AI assistants and RPA solutions right in action.
The conference was a powerful source of inspiration for us: through Millada, we inspired others while also bringing home plenty of new insights. Discussions with representatives from ČEZ PRODEJ and other suppliers opened up topics and challenges that companies are actively tackling today.

The fair was thus not just about technology, but primarily about people and sharing experiences. Our colleagues Katarína Vydrová, Kristyna Steidl, Lukáš Mikulič, Juraj Skákala, and Ondřej Nový from Soitron discussed specific opportunities for utilizing AI in their processes with company representatives.
