Video Manual Demonstrating How the Company Documentation Can Be Managed Effectively

Last week, after the summer break, we returned to our online webinars. For those who did not manage to sign in, we offer a possibility to watch the record. The participants were introduced a solution offering comprehensive management of the company electronic documentation.

We decided to prepare the webinar focused on document management, since we see the needs of our customers to move forward in this area.

Many of them try to find ways how to automate routine tasks and save the precious time. They fight with chaotically arranged documents and high error rate, try to implement responsible approach to the environment to their companies in the form of paperless agenda. They try to use company resources more effectively and implement solutions which, at the end of the day, improve their business.

Our customers approach us more often with the requirement to implement comprehensive electronic administration and organize company documents.

In Millennium, we gathered all recurring requirements and created a solution Integrated Document Management (IDM) as a response to the customers´ needs. IDM is built on a modern Microsoft SharePoint Online Platform using Microsoft Power Automate.

During the webinar, we dealt mostly with the following:

• demonstration of the digital document processing, specifically a directive – we went through the entire life-cycle of the directive from its creation, modifications, approval, publishing, notifications, sharing, validity to its archiving;
• possibilities of the solution interconnection with the Power BI reporting tool providing a detailed view on work with documents in a visually very attractive form;
• SharePoint Online Environment from the design point of view, layout of individual elements on the main page, or advanced possibilities of displaying individual libraries.
