After a quarter-century of successful market presence, Millennium is entering 2026 with a new leader and a new generation of managers. Leadership is passing from the founders to experts who have grown within the company. This is a natural step that combines continuity and stability with the ambition to drive the company forward in the rapidly evolving IT world.
Effective January 1, 2026, Richard Sládek becomes the new CEO, with the goal of continuing the company’s successful growth trajectory. Richard has been with Millennium for over ten years. For the past five years, he led the CRM division, which under his leadership delivered several major CRM projects and now forms a core pillar of the company. Richard has a clear vision for taking Millennium to the next level – building on strong foundations while responding agilely to market challenges.
“I have been part of Millennium for many years, and as the executive manager of the CRM division, I had the opportunity to deeply understand how the company operates, overcome challenges with the right people, and further strengthen our customer partnerships. I am grateful for the chance to lead Millennium as its new CEO as we face new opportunities. My ambition is to further reinforce our core pillars, focus on expansion into new markets, and continue developing relationships with our existing customers. With my appointment, the company’s DNA and values remain unchanged—I like to remind everyone that Millennium is defined by three key values: expertise, trustworthiness, and flexibility. These are what we build on, and I believe our customers appreciate them too.”
He adds: “As part of the Soitron Group, we closely collaborate with other companies within the group. These synergies allow us to combine expertise, grow, and operate in an international environment. We are entering 2026 with a strong team, a clear vision, and ambitious goals.”

Along with Richard’s appointment as CEO, further changes are taking place in the management team:
The new leadership team has long been involved in the company’s development and was professionally shaped under the founding generation. Last year, the team was strengthened by Róbert Sándor, who brought extensive experience in managing IT companies and delivering large projects across Central Europe. At that time, Róbert temporarily replaced the previous CEO, Miroslav Krempaský, who stepped back from active leadership. Today, Miroslav is also exiting the shareholder structure, making Millennium a 100% subsidiary of Soitron Group. At the end of the year, Róbert handed over leadership to his successor, Richard Sládek.
“We owe a huge thank you to Róbert for everything he did for Millennium last year. He strengthened the team and supported the development of our experts, who today deliver high-quality solutions to our customers. Many new opportunities opened up during his tenure.
We also thank Miroslav, who was there at the company’s founding. One of his exceptional abilities was bringing people together—creating an environment based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere he naturally fostered, colleagues became friends, and Millennium was able to grow steadily into its current form, operating in multiple markets and continuing to advance. We wish both of them much personal and professional success in their next chapter,” said the company’s current leaders.
The company’s beginnings are tied to web and portal solutions, which boomed around 2000. Since then, technologies have advanced significantly, and Millennium has evolved alongside them. The company has established itself as a long-term Microsoft partner and CRM systems expert. Its portfolio has expanded to include specialized customer solutions, process automation and robotization (RPA), artificial intelligence, and data processing. A milestone in Millennium’s history was the acquisition of a majority stake by Soitron Group in 2017.Today, Millennium stands on solid technological foundations, expertise, and experience gained through hundreds of completed projects and dozens of satisfied customers—leading companies from various sectors, both in Slovakia and abroad.
These organizational changes in leadership are part of a natural evolution that ensures continuity of company values while bringing fresh momentum to its future direction. Millennium thus confirms that, even after 25 years, it can combine decades of experience with the energy of a new generation and remain a stable, reliable partner in modern IT solutions.
