IT company Millennium enters the year 2025 with 25 years of experience in delivering solutions across various market segments. The IT solutions sector is undergoing rapid technological transformation, from the ongoing shift from on-premise to cloud solutions to the increasing adoption of AI. Therefore, we continue expanding our technological expertise, aiming to grow our portfolio and geographical reach beyond Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
A key milestone in Millennium’s history was the acquisition of a majority stake in 2017 by Soitron Group. This strategic move aimed to strengthen the group’s position in the application business sector in Slovakia and the broader region.
Soitron leveraged the acquisition to expand its portfolio with Millennium’s specialized solutions, primarily based on Microsoft platforms.
At that time, joining forces with Soitron Group was a logical step in our development journey. Together with our partners, we plan to further capitalize on the strong expertise we have built on Microsoft technologies and continue delivering high-value solutions to our customers.
The year 2025 marks a milestone for us. For a quarter of a century, we have been helping companies grow by providing solutions that support their core business operations. Our technology solutions enable businesses to digitize their operations and increase efficiency. We see great potential in our ability to tailor solutions to customers’ specific needs and drive their business forward.
Millennium has been a pioneer in CRM solutions in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. As one of the first players in the market, we started offering CRM solutions based on the giant’s technology platform, Microsoft. Today, Millennium is a strong partner for both large corporations and mid-sized enterprises. In addition to CRM solutions, we offer a broad range of services focused on Microsoft technologies, including portal solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint, applications on the Microsoft Power Platform, and data processing through our enterprise ChatGPT, Millada. While we initially focused on front-end solutions, we are increasingly shifting towards process automation and data processing, where data volumes are growing exponentially.
As part of the Soitron Group, we continue our expansion plans. We aim to be the first choice for companies seeking reliable and innovative Microsoft-based solutions. Today, we offer our services not only in Slovakia but also in the Czech Republic and Austria. Looking ahead, we aspire to establish a presence in additional international markets.
This new chapter also brings a leadership transition. Róbert Sándor, replacing Miroslav Krempaský, takes over as CEO, bringing extensive experience in managing IT companies and delivering large-scale projects in Central Europe.

Our outgoing CEO, Miroslav Krempaský, who has been with Millennium since its founding, has decided to step back after 25 years to focus on personal endeavours.
