The company provides its services to both individuals and a great number of business clients. Management of these clients requires a modern system of high quality. The original CRM system, the company was using, could not meet the criteria anymore. Orange therefore decided to implement the new system on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for the B2B segment part.
The project of the new CRM implementation was realized by iterative project management system. Following several months of defining requirements, initial analyses and implementation, we launched the first part of the first stage of Contact Management for Direct sales in December. Currently the system has been actively used by more than 80 employees in the company Orange.
The next stage for B2B is expected in the end of March, completion of the entire project is planned for May 2015.
