We delivered an analytic solution to our new client last month. This solution provides SLS - Technaco with the overview of its commercial activities and significantly improves management decision–making.
SLS – Technaco is one of the leaders in industrial distribution in Slovakia, whose main activity is to provide complex solutions for maintenance and repairs in industrial companies and distribution of instruments, tools, gear elements and protective work utilities. Its portfolio includes 60,000 products, 5 regional centres and almost twenty sales representatives all around Slovakia.

The objective of the project was to create an integrated place of the truth concerning the run of business in terms to gain the possibility to promptly and adequately react on any business management questions which SLS – Technaco deals every day with.
One of the project challenges was the requirement to deliver a solution at reasonable costs and in an agile way. The first version of Analytical CRM includes more than 20 management setups. The application of the Microsoft Power BI technology enables the delivery of this system with the use of 15 days of work of an experienced consultant.
