Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 proved to be an ideal choice , by which it is possible to achieve the objectives of ČMSS.
One of the most important tasks of the whole project was to integrate the CRM system with the system used by ČMSS within the overall program of CBS (Core Banking System). In daily dose integration, over 150 million records are processed every day. Over 150 million records are processed everyday within the daily dosage integration.
Through the system integration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, we have been able to achieve the objectives and bring the following benefits to ČMSS:
- 360-degree view of information about existing or potential clients and products coming from various systems, providing transparent access to such information in one place,
- management of customer service based on set criteria and rules,
- management of geographic structure ensuring classification of clients and their assignment to individual sales representatives by a given geographic criteria,
- marketing support by allowing the evidence of marketing campaign that includes planning and preparation of individual marketing activities,
- platform for further system development and modernization of CRM solutions,
- possibility to plan and make decisions based on available and up-to-date information,
- replacement of outdated and inefficient file records in Microsoft Excel with modern technology,
- intuitive and straightaway user interface.
In practice, the CRM system will not only streamline the whole process of customer management and increase productivity of ČMSS employees, but its implementation will ultimately lead to higher customer satisfaction and increased profitability through more targeted and personalized communication with them.
