We have upgraded CRM of the Czech non-banking company

We are comfortable in providing CRM solutions for the financial sector.

Our customer is a company providing non-banking services in the Czech Republic. Primary clients of the company include final consumers, i.e. B2C segment.

Communication with final consumers belongs to day-to-day operation of the company. Therefore it is necessary for the channel used for this communication to operate on the highest possible level.

Originally implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 from the company Microsoft had to be transferred to a more modern solution and make a total upgrade of the system. In close connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as well as all other applications the platform, these applications operate on – BizTalk, higher version of which was also requested by the client.The project was partially realized by agile approach, we were meeting with the client relatively intensively. The intensive and interactive approach really aided the fast and effective solution to all open questions. Our experience with the older version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, as well as the exact picture of customer about the upgrade, was a great benefit about this job.

Similarly the upgrade of BizTalk 2013 system took place in charge of our partner Microsoft.

The project was divided into two stages, the final rollout solution having taken place in December 2014.
