For our long-time client VÚB, we have implemented a pilot project of credit processes analysis, based on the technology and methodology of process mining.
With this new area of our business, we have been able to create detailed views on the operation of the process, we have discovered the bottlenecks, identified the hidden reasons for the occurence of exceptional processes and jointly proposed modifications, which will lead to even greater efficiency and effectiveness of business lending at VUB. After the implementation we will use the same approach to evaluate the benefits of the proposed changes. Process Mining is an innovative approach to the analysis of processes, lying on the border between data mining and business process management that uses data analysis approaches for improving business processes.
