Having signed the contract on provision of technical support using ServiceDesk we increase the quality of service for another of our top clients.
We have signed a contract with our important Czech client, the company ESSOX on providing technical support for the subsequent 2 years. The contract includes development and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft BizTalk Server applications. The company ESSOX has thus become another of our long-term clients.
The contract also includes an agreement on setting up the ServiceDesk service, which will be available 7 days a week to the client providing the client above standard customer care.
