How we helped Heineken Slovakia to sell beer from the cloud

This month, Millennium participated together with its client, Heineken Slovakia, at the CRM conference in Prague. We have decided to share with you the case study concerning Heineken, which has become, thanks to us, the first FMCG company in Slovakia using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Radovan Cuper (Telesales Manager) and Matej Mihálik (Business Solutions Manager) participated at the CRM conference as speakers. They shared their insights on the whole project with the audience –  starting with selection process lasting 4 months and continuing with implementation of the CRM solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 itself, including all business benefits and functionalities that Heineken uses everyday to serve its customers.Heineken CRM online case study
