To reach the right customers at the right time and with the right offer is a challenge for many companies. In order to fulfil this strategy, Patria Finance, a member of ČSOB group, has decided to introduce a marketing automation solution with a pilot area for e-mail campaigns.
The solution has been developed on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with enlargement of ClickDimensions. The aim was both to streamline and accelerate the preparation of marketing activities, mainly email communications, as well as extending its opportunities, to gain valuable feedback and actively work with it.
In the spirit of “best practice” it first started with the introduction of e-mail campaigns that marketing now can manage end-to-end in-house, from the preparation of the actual mailing to its execution and evaluation, including valuable feedback on the delivery, opening or clicking on an email message. The advantage of the solution is in particular its potential to offer comprehensive solutions in the future that effectively connect marketing activities with business and therefore allow automating efficient “nurturing” or “lead-generation” processes.
As the partner of ClickDimensions for the Czech and Slovak markets, the Millennium Company implemented the solution in very short period – the first stage of the solution was delivered to the customer within one month. The customer is currently “becoming familiar” with the solution in the pilot operation, on the basis of which the best plan for further development and priorities of needs will be developed.
