The project of upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 was carried out in an agile way within 2 months and till today more than 50 employees of HB Reavis could benefit from new possibilities and functions such as Activity management (Outlook client), mobile CRM application, better compatibility with another program equipment (MS Office, Internet Explorer and alternative browsers), etc. While technical upgrading, we have held some minor adjustments of the process reporting of Office Leasing and Retail Leasing and removed not used functions of existing solution.
Interesting about the solution is the application of the newest version Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 in hybrid scenario, on–premise installation in Microsoft Azure cloud, as the customer has already been running a part of the infrastructure in Microsoft Azure cloud. Local infrastructure is by on–premise version no longer needed – the solution can be applied on servers in Microsoft Azure cloud. So it is enabled to use also the SQL based integrations. The service costs of servers, upgrade or administration are covered by the operator of the cloud.
