Almost the entire last year, the world fought the coronavirus pandemic what our company took responsibly. Although we worked remotely from our homes for couple of months and our meetings were transferred into the online environment, we were still trying to be close to customers. The year 2020 was also our 20th year of cooperation with our customers, what we as a company really appreciate.

At the beginning of the last year, we recalled internally our most important milestones. Unfortunately, not a long time after that, we had to start working remotely due to the pandemic. Since we were ready technology-wise, nothing stood in our way. All our systems and tools were located in Cloud, so they were accessible from anywhere.
Meetings with customers were transferred into the online environment as well. All of us had to use to new circumstances and accommodate to the situation. However, the cooperation was smooth due to well-prepared basis for communication via the Microsoft Teams platform.
The year 2020 also meant a turning point for us, since we decided to strengthen our position on the market by appointing members of our top management as heads of individual segments – our bearing pillars.
Microsoft regularly awards the best and most innovative projects of its partners from the Czech and Slovak Republic. In the 21st year of the contest, our solution for Heineken Slovakia got amongst the top projects. We were awarded as “Finalist” in the Category “Retail, FMCG and e-tail” for our solution named Heineken Slovensko continues in digital transformation by implementation of Cloud solutions.
Since Microsoft decided to transfer the awarding ceremony into the online environment, we celebrated our common success together with Heineken Slovensko production team with a symbolic toast via Microsoft Teams.
Last year, we managed to enter into silver partnership with international non-profit organization ISTQB providing certifications for software testers around the world.

The ISTQB Partners Programme put stress on quality software testing, i.e. on companies aimed to synchronize qualification of their employees with international standards and best practices related to software testing.
The year 2020 was in the sign of interesting projects for companies which are not newies on the market.
The solution for ČSOB bank belongs to such significant projects. The main aim of the delivered application is to provide all users – from bank branches to a call centre, corporate banking and back office – with a unified modern tool for management of existing and potential clients and related activities. The application which has become the integral part of the bank, gathers all relevant information at one place regardless of the source channel and enables more effective and personalized service for clients from all segments.
We delivered to ČSOB bank an application based on the Microsoft technology which has materialized its digital strategy.

We Help Improve Processes
We helped also VÚB bank to go through the difficult times associated with by the pandemic. We delivered to the bank a report as a managerial basis for the evaluation of provided loans of support for entrepreneurs in connection with the Coronavirus crisis. Besides, development of the SMECAS application serving for loan products sales management for small and medium-sized corporate clients had been running at the same time.
We also helped Tatra banka with digital transformation of internal applications into the Office 365 environment. Management of the bank decided to stop using Lotus applications and transfer the most applications possible into the online environment with unrestricted access to data, higher development and usage flexibility, and last but not least, higher security of sensitive data.
We delivered an online application which digitalized management of internal processes to one of the major Internet provider in Europe and its associated companies. Implementation of the central solution brought a more detailed overview of performed orders and drawing departmental budgets. At the same time, the management gained a modern tool able to plan other business activities.
This year, we will introduce you a project which we have implemented for the Slovak Environment Agency. You will find out how the delivered solution has made management of EU funds more effective and brought a broader view on implemented projects.
Although we hear the term “digitization” quite often, it´s not always easy to imagine what lies behind it. In 2020, we joined many activities aimed to educate the public and explain what the digital transformation means.
During the interview for Startitup, Miro, our CEO, explained what can be digitized and what benefits it can bring to companies. Based on the real examples from practice, he pointed out how easily can digitization make many company processes more effective.
