In the past, we delivered a Knowledge Management solution to our long-term customer, the Czech branch of Raiffeisenbank. Recently, we have enriched the Knowledge Management tool in cooperation with our parent company Soitron with new functionalities, which have further streamlined the agenda of the bank´s employee.
Generally, the Knowledge Management solution built on the Microsoft SharePoint technology provides the bank with simple creation, approving and making available topical information about bank products, internal processes, directives, procedures and regulations of the bank employees. The tool, internally called RBook, has streamlined creation and availability of topical information across the headquarters, bank branches and call centres. It has facilitated thorough communication with a customer when providing information about the bank products as well as unified compliance with internal policy.
Since the tool covers management of the entire life cycle of so called “articles” (note: a common name for any materials necessary for internal purposes – terms, directives, procedures, regulations, etc.), the bank management cared about its further development and practical use across various departments.
